Morrow County Hospital Auxiliary’s Remembrance Tree

Each year, we remember and/or honor our loved ones and special friends (including those in the military, veterans and public servants) by placing lights and ornaments on Morrow County Hospital Auxiliary’s Remembrance Tree. The Remembrance Tree lights will shine brightly from December 1 until January 3.

For a $1 donation, you may place one ornament per name on the Remembrance Tree – “white” in memory and “blue” as an honorarium. The name of each loved one/special friend – and the sponsor’s name – will be listed in an album located in the hospital’s main lobby.

This year, we will be hosting a special reading of the names on Thursday, December 1, at 2 p.m. in the hospital’s main lobby.

Again this year, you will have the option of keeping your ornament. If you are interested in this option, please make arrangements for pick-up with Public Relations – (419) 949.3089, during January 4-6.

If you would like to purchase a Remembrance Tree ornament, please print, complete, and send in the form below (you can click on the image for a more printable version).
