2020 Blood Profiles
Morrow County Hospital will be hosting $30 Health Awareness Blood Profiles* this fall, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic and to maintain compliance with the ODH/CDC guidelines, the blood profiles will be by appointment only 6 a.m. to 12 Noon, on the following dates:
- September 21-25, 2020
- September 28-30, 2020
- October 1-2, 2020
Unfortunately, there will be a limited number of appointments available. Adults 18 years and older may participate.
To participate, please follow these steps:
- Call (419) 949.3186 beginning September 1 between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. to schedule an appointment and provide your information.
- Pay by check or Credit/Debit card only when you arrive at our Main Entrance of the hospital.
- All participants will be required to wear a mask.
- Physician orders will not be accepted.
- It is recommended that you fast 10 to 12 hours, but please drink plenty of water. You may have black coffee.
- For safety reasons, please do not enter the facility until your appointment time.
*The $30 profile includes: cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL, LDL, glucose, BUN (blood urea nitrogen), creatine, sodium, potassium, chloride, carbon dioxide, AST, ALT, total bilirubin, total protein, albumin, calcium, alkaline phosphatase, white blood count, red blood count, platelet count, and hemoglobin/hematocrit.
For an additional charge, the following tests will also be offered:
- $25 TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone)
- $25 Hemoglobin A1C (primarily for all diabetics)
