Patient Portals

UPDATE – Requesting Medical Records

In an effort to help protect the health of associates and visitors we would like to limit the amount of visitors in the HIM Department. We realize that obtaining medical records is an important and necessary task, and we would like to remind patients of the many ways they can request records without having to physically come on site.

Stay connected to your health.

Morrow County Hospital offers several patient portals to help you access the information you need about your health, exactly when you need it.

The MCH MyHealth, FollowMyHealthTM and OhioHealth MyChart, give you personalized and secure access to your medical records. And not only are these portals free, they’re also designed to keep unauthorized persons from accessing your information.

So, get started today.
There are a few distinctions between the portals, so it’s important that you understand those differences.

MCH MyHealth

MCH MyHealth allows access to recent visits, health summary, allergies and conditions, medication list, outstanding balances, and various lab results. Some lab results cannot be shared on the portal, such as HIV results, pregnancy tests, and STD, drug and/or alcohol results. You may also access reports such as radiology and sleep studies, as well as discharge plans and orders.

And that’s not all: if you are a caregiver, guardian or parent, you may also access your child’s information (up to 18 years of age). You may also access your parents’ information, as long as you have their consent.

Scheduling appointments is also possible through the portal. You can now request appointments for select services. You can also pre-register or cancel appointments through the portal.

To register and for questions, please contact the Morrow County Hospital Health Information Management Department at (419) 946.5015, ext. 2201. You’ll receive an email with instructions for setting up your account.

Click here for an accessible login to the MCH MyHealth Portal for the visually impaired.
